The Wine Advocate von Robert Parker beschreibt diesen Jahrgang so: "From pure gravel soils, the 2021 Loibner Grüner Veltliner Ried Klostersatz is the only single-vineyard wine from the valley floor, but due to its characteristic nature, it deserves the special designation. The nose is clear, intense and fresh, with savory white-seed fruit aromas and spicy/herbal notes of stones. Good intensity. On the palate, this is a light yet intense and well-concentrated GV with a straight, savory and aromatic as well as finely herbal finish. The wine is lean and fresh but serious and firm and an excellent choice to be served with fish from the Danube, even with Schnitzel."
